Delivery Information

When going through check out you can choose different delivery option depending on the weight of the items you are ordering. If you are preordering items that are currently out of stock your order will be sent when all items are available unless you check out using the "part delivery" option.

For deliveries outside the UK you will find the information in the checkout process but for special deliveries or deliveries to countries not listed please CONTACT US to confirm delivery charges and times for your area/country.

Please note that international deliveries are ex works, however we are happy to organise the delivery for you and pass the tracking details on so you can trace the parcel and enquire with the delivery company directly. DELIVERY TIMES For orders received before noon, we generally dispatch the same day for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri).

For orders received after noon, we despatch the next working day with delivery being the following working day, but in busy times there can be delays with the couriers, so please leave yourself a few days before running out to be on the safe side and to avoid disappointing your clients.

We have added a "before noon" delivery service which means if you order before noon and need the goods the following morning you can choose this option. Please note though that not all areas offer this service and if you are in a remote area, the Highlands or Islands this option might not be available to you.

To avoid disappointment you can ring us to check before you book this. We also offer guaranteed next day delivery service, before noon, before 9am and Saturday delivery at an extra charge. If you need your goods desperately and would like to book this service, please CONTACT US so we can quote you the price and arrange this for you.

COURIER INFORMATION The courier (APC) and (Royal Mail) will attempt to deliver to the address you have provided and, unless instructed otherwise, will require a signature to leave the package for you. If you know you are not going to be in, you can make a note on your order to ensure you can get your order.

Please state "leave with neighbour", "leave in garage" etc if you are happy for the courier to leave your order. Please note that neither us nor the courier will be liable for any loss or damage if the package is not signed for.

RETURNS Please note that as a trade supplier and due to the nature of the business, we are unable to accept returns, as we need to ensure that the products are always kept sealed and safe to ensure that you will get first class products that have not been opened or contaminated.
